As a trained hotel manager, Valeska got to know and love the world of motorsport at a young age through the catering sector. She was the manager of a small boutique hotel in Kitzbühel before she moved into motorsport in 2019 (DTM). Later, she worked in event logistics before making her dream of self-employment come true with "The Circuit".
Valeska is fluent in three languages (English, Spanish, Italian) and excels in motivating her team to achieve peak performance.

Born in Tyrol in 1989 and raised here
Markus completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter and worked for several years in his craft before transitioning to the event service of a major waste management company in Tyrol. In 2014, he discovered motorsport logistics as a skilled worker/site manager and was involved in the setup and dismantling of temporary structures – igniting his passion for motorsports. He later became a department head in the event service sector and subsequently a project manager in the Business Unit Event – Formula 1 division of an internationally operating event logistics company in motorsports before fulfilling his dream of entrepreneurship.
Markus knows the business from the ground up. He understands what his clients desire and require, as well as what the team needs to deliver the best.

After graduating from high school, Julia gained professional experience as a Junior HR Consultant at a large personnel recruitment company. Her strengths lie in interpersonal skills, as well as organization and communication.
